ZIRO, Apr 04: Election Commission of India (ECI) expenditure observer for West Parliamentary Constituency Sarish Kumar Irukullar, while interacting with district election officials here on Wednesday, briefed the assistant expenditure observers on expenditure monitoring guidelines laid down by the ECI and urged them to remain vigilant and constantly monitor for any excessive poll expenditure incurred by the contesting candidates and political parties.
